How to Book?

1. Book Online
If you decide that you would like to proceed with the booking of a selected service, please click on the appropriate “Book Now” button. You will be walked through the process as you enter all of the necessary information that is required to book your service, which includes completing a full payment at the time of booking or Payment in Cash upon arrival.
Our services may include additional/optional services that you may choose from, along with their additional charges. Once you complete the booking process, you will receive a confirmation of payment along with an invoice/voucher delivered to your email address provided. If you choose to Pay in Cash upon arrival, our Customer Service will contact you with further reservation instructions.
If you have any special requests or in case that certain service is not listed as an additional/optional service in the “Book Now” page, please send us an inquiry or email instead.
2. Send Inquiry
If you prefer this booking option, please fill inquiry form presented within the selected service and allow us up to 24 hours to get back to you. Please make sure to choose or state any optional services, or requests that you may have prior to sending your inquiry so that we are able to provide you with a precise quote. All inclusions will be stated in the email and/or attached brochure. Once you decide to book a service(s) with us, we will provide you with a pre-invoice along with further instructions on how to continue with the reservation process.
We will keep your reservation on hold for up to a maximum of 48 hours (depending on the service) unless receiving payment/guarantee of payment. Your reservation is only considered confirmed once you have finished the process and have received a confirmation email and/or voucher.
3. Inquiry via E-mail
You can also contact us directly via email and let us know what we can do to help make your trip as memorable as possible while receiving recommendations, and special care to make any one of our services an unforgettable experience

Methods and Dynamic of Payment
Methods of Payment
1. Online Payments via Credit Card – Visa or MasterCard Only
In co-operation with PBZ Card and our business bank Privredna Banka Zagreb d.d. (Member of Bank of Intesa Sanpaolo Group), we have provided an online credit card payment option. If you choose this payment method, you can proceed with payment after selecting “Book Now”.
Your payment will be conducted through our WooCommerce Web Shop and your credit card transaction will be processed by CorvusPay payment institution.
If you require more information before booking and payment, please choose the “Send Inquiry” option instead. Once you gather all necessary information, and after you confirm that you would like to proceed with payment, you will receive an email with your pre-invoice and a link to our website payment section along with the instructions on how to process your payment.
When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your country’s currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations and banks, thus creating the possibility of a slight difference than quoted.
Adria Luxury Travel Ltd, PBZ Card, and CorvusPay guarantee the security of your online purchases through the use of 3D safety standards laid down by Visa International (Verified by Visa) and MasterCard Worldwide (MasterCard Secure Code).
2. Offline Payments via Credit Card – Visa or MasterCard Only
If you choose this method of payment, you will receive a pre-invoice along with a Credit Card Authorization form. Please fill it in, sign it and send it back to us via email.
Be advised that only signed forms are considered valid and authorize Adria Luxury Travel Ltd to charge the booking balance of your reservation.
When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your country’s currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations and banks, thus creating the possibility of a slight difference than quoted.
Once we have processed your credit card, we will send you a confirmation email.
3. Wire Transfer
You may also choose to pay for your services via wire transfer of funds. If you decide that this is the best payment method for you, you will find our account information below, and it will also be sent to you via email once you confirm that this is your desired method of payment.
4. Payment upon arrival
If you don’t find an advance payment as the most suitable payment option, you can make the payment for your selected service upon arrival.
If you choose this option, you will receive a Letter of Guarantee form to fill out along with your pre-invoice. Once you have filled and signed this form, you’re required to return it back to us via email by the due date stated on your pre-invoice. We will send you a confirmation email once we have received it. This form will be kept as a guarantee that you will be paying for your services upon arriving in Dubrovnik.
Your credit card WILL NOT be charged unless you fail to pay for your services at the agreed time and place. You may choose to pay via credit card (MasterCard or Visa) or in cash. Once you have made the payment directly to one of our representatives, you will receive our copy of your Letter of Guarantee back in order to be destroyed, at which time you will also receive your final invoice and voucher(s) for your service(s).

Total Amount in Advance
Adria Luxury Travel Ltd requires 100% of the total amount to be paid either in advance via credit card, or wire transfer, or upon meeting with our representative prior to any services with a credit card or cash.

Notes!
- Adria Luxury Travel Ltd is only able to accept Visa or MasterCard.
If you do not have one of these credit cards, please refer to any of our other methods of payment listed above. - Upon receiving our offer, please direct your attention to the payment due date, as delay of payment could result in cancellation.
- Bank transaction fees are paid by the customer/guest
- After submitting your payment, the customer/guest is obligated to send confirmation of payment via email (this regulation applies only to Wire Transfer of funds)
- Upon receiving proof of payment (Confirmation of Credit Card Transaction, Credit Card Authorization Form, Letter of Guarantee, or copy of your Bank Transfer), your reservation will be considered as confirmed! Our Customer service will send you an invoice and/or voucher within 24 hours.
- If you do not hear back from an Adria Luxury Travel Ltd Customer Service within 48 hours at any point during the reservation process, please make sure to first check your spam/junk folder, and contact us at info@alt-croatia.com
